Promises of male enhancement products at a low price but company never deliveries on items! What they do is take funds and use it to temporally budget for other items and never deliveries on goods. They promised me a tracking number after confirmation of my payment Thursday 10-11-2012. Payment was confirmed next Friday 10-12-2012 I called and they said they will send me a shipping confirmation next day (which I though was weird since it was Saturday but I thought maybe they are sending it USPS so not so unusual...) Monday 15th I had not received a tracking number so I called, no answer so I started a "online" live chat which was one of the worst customer experiences iN My Life!!! She or he kept on saying "LOL why are you panicking you will get your products in 8-18 days? I said I'm not panicking I'm simpiling asking when I should expect my tracking number since you said I would receive one on Saturday when the payment was confirmed on the prior day Friday, so when I didn't receive it I am writing you now...) Online said hang tight you will receive it by end of the day this is Monday 10-15-2012. I check all my emails no answer no tracking number Tuesday 10-16-2012 so I call the provided number no answer as usual, I left a message no call back so I start an online chat again. The same person whom I spoke to earlier writes back and says I should get a tracking when my order and payment is confirmed!?! what!!!??? YOU just confirmed it on prior Friday! so lol I see that this is either a Mickey Mouse operation or a SCaMM!!!! so i write to the person if you can't deliver the items please cancel for I am going on a business trip and need the items at a certain date Tuesday 10-16-2012. The online support (which I use that sentence very loooooosly !) tells me I will get an email tracking number in 24 hours Tuesday 10-16-2012. Wends. no tracking, no call, no email, I write in and tell them if I was not pressed to get the order in a certain date I would not mind but if you can't deliver a tracking number please cancel my order! they write back "LOL your funny" WHAT!!!??? what the h**l is so funny about me spending wasted time chatting back and forth on empty promises and disconnected customer service reps!!!??? Again I was promised that my order will be sent but I will not be provided a tracking number. Ok so now I'm just relying on taking their word (bad IDEA!!!) Now its Friday and I get an email saying that your order is going to take anywhere 18-29 working days to deliver and they have to audacity to write "I HOPE YOU DID READ OUR ENTIRE WEBSITE BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER." WTFFF are you kidding me? RUNNNN DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE OR ANY OTHER ONLINE DRUG STORES WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION!!!
