i DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN...I switched jobs in July and because of my new benefits, I am now required to use Express Scripts. My doctor submitted new 90 day prescriptions for both my husband & I  on Sept 11th. I started receiving multiple recorded messages within 3-4 days all telling me that our prescriptions had shipped. When I had not received them after a week, I called and was told they had not been shipped because they were waiting on payment...REALLY!! You can call me 1-2 times a day and tell me that our order has shipped, but you can't call for payment???

 I was then told, no one could reach me on my cell...it just kept ringing. Impossible!! It is a cell phone, leave a message! After another week and credit card information, I still had not received our order...still processing. I started noticing multiple charges from our bank account...$606 in charges! After 3 weeks, we finally received the order, but had been chardged $240 for inhalers that were previously a fraction of the cost. two days later, get a letter explaining that the inhalers were not covered anymore, so we were charded retail...again, no phone call or explanation until you already have our money. Finally, the last straw...a week after receiving our meds & $606 later, I get another recorded message stating that my husband has a Prescription pending which will be sent Nov 1st.

I logged on to our account and discovered that there was yet another order for a different inhaler that was going to be processed Nov 1st. This was apparently an new prescription sent to Express Scripts by my doctor after they informed him they did not cover the inhaler he had originally prescribed. Instead of WAITING for his response or giving us the option of filling the original prescription, they filled it, charged us $240 and then had the audacity to begin processing yet another "covered" inhaler! What a bunch of crooks!!! I called to cancel this prescription and after a dozen phone trees and 30 minutes of my life I will never recover, I finally have resolved this round of meds. Can't wait to repeat this nightmare in 90 days!! What a bunch of incompetents!!!
