We hired Ebrandz to add a template to our web address. Initally took too long for them to do the work. After a month a template was finally added. Along with their template is some coding that creates a virus. it also redirects portions of our site to another website.
Id hate to think this was all done maliciously but at this point we have asked them to fix it for several weeks and nothing has occurred. Google now flags our business website as a hacked site. several customers have commented to us about the website. i cant imagine how much business we are losing each day due to this issue.
Even if this problem was not done by Ebrandz, I could never recomend them as it appears they are unable/willing to do the work we originally requested.

I have been working with eBrandz and they have done excellent work. We have had a few incidents that concerned me which no product or service is perfect but they worked very hard to resolve any issues I have had. I also had a virus affect my websites but I brought it to their attention and they worked with me to resolve it and made recommendations but I recommend obtaining site lock for your domain to prevent any further site breaches! Otherwise EBrandz is a very good company and they are great at what they do!
