My husband and I attended a bridal show that was set up to help Brides find resources for their wedding (ie: wedding photography). We met Ethron Young with Ethron Productions, and compared to other prices they were the lowest we saw for wedding photography. We got a special price of $1280.00 for wedding photography and videography. The package included an engagement session too.
A couple months before the wedding we did our engagement session. After a struggle to get our photos, they were horrible! The quality of the photos were blurry, grainy and the focus was awful. Totally disappointed, I contacted Ethron and Tiffany about the photos and they stated the reason that the photos looked that way was because "our (their) computer was of a much higher quality than mine and they looked perfect on theirs". I was told to send the pictures to the local Costco for quality prints. The prints looked worse printed. After letting them know of the hassle, they said they would print them out for me in their "quality", which ive never seen over a year later.
I tried to get them to refund my money minus the engagement session, they refused. They waited until the day before our wedding to go over a schedule of the day as well. The wedding came, and i had other people take photos as well because we knew the quality. Nowhere in our contract did they specif a time frame for getting our photos, after the wedding i asked how long they would take. They specified they take "up to a year" to finish the photos and video. Seemed very excessive! None of the PROFESSIONAL photographers I've talked to since have said they take that long, most said 2 weeks tops for photo rights. We ended up waiting 8.5 months for our product!
After getting the products they are mediocre, and again bad quality. They state they are professional, but they say that photography is their "hobby" and not their main priority.
Brides: seriously reconsider using Ethron Productions for any photography for your wedding, choose wisely...

This bride recieved a very generous video package that came with free photography at her wedding, as well as a free engagement shoot, which we threw in to seal the deal. Because we were planning to add photography to our products and services in the near future, we offered to take pictures at no cost, which we planned to use in our portfolio and to practice taking shots on the fly. We delivered many great photos, and learned a valuable lesson not to give a client photos that didn't turn out, even if they complain they want more. The price this client paid was for her wedding video only, to which we recieved no complaint. In fact, not only did the video turn out awesome, but what you see in the link above is just one of several features delivered on a custom designed DVD with interactive menus and bonus features, and included a thoughtfully edited long version of the wedding video. This bride got a lot more than what she paid for. Why she is so upset, we simply cannot understand. We still wish them the best life together and hope that she enjoys her steller wedding video and free pictures for years to come.
