Please,  DO NOT waste your time (AND MONEY) doing business with these people.

Their tradelines are all ridiculous since they report for one only month.

I purchased $1,000 in tradelines and was told they'd be on for "up to 7 years like a normal account) and within one month, they dropped off my credit reports from Experian, and a few months later they vanished from all my credit reports.

I promptly emailed this company to complain after the first one dropped off and they replied with "they will drop off in 3+ months"

So it was 7+ years before I sent them the money and "3+ months" after they stole my money.

Lies.

And the pathetic thing is -- they won't even reply to my emails!!   I've emailed them a few times regarding my dissatisfaction, hinting that I need my money back ASAP or at the very least be gracious enough to add me to another account but NO!  They ignore and refuse to help me.

They are so quick to reply when you're inquiring about purchasing heir services but they'll ignore you after you've been ripped off.

Unfortunately, like most people, you did not read the contract that you signed. Secondly, I nor anyone at our company remembers ANY clients from Houston Texas (especially anyone who would have made a complaint to us). Our company has VERY VERY FEW clients that are from the state of Texas, and everyone we deal with from Texas has never complained to any of us about lines. That being said, our contract CLEARLY states the following;

"Although in most cases, an account will report up to 7 years on a credit profile, provider does not guarantee specific posting longevity. In most cases the line may not be updated monthly."

Most lines people purchase will only stay on the report for a few months. We are VERY upfront with all of our clients about this. Our company does in no way hide that fact. Some lines will remain on the report, however some do not, and we never make any false claims that they will. It clearly states this on ALL of our contracts that all of our clients sign.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE.............AGAIN I REPEAT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY POSTING LONGEVITY ON ANY LINES AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

Therefore your complaint about our company is inaccurate. If you had a complaint about a line falling off you report, you should have let us know so that we could explain to you in detail of how our policy works. We are in no way "unreachable" or hard to get a hold of. Feel free to call our company at anytime.

Please tell me how we have "ripped you off" since we gave you what you had purchased as promised by our contract?

Please feel free to name me ANY other company in our industry that does leave a client on as an active user for more then the first few months....
