Exops Global Inc. Edison Lozada III Exops Global, President full of smoke and mirrors and rips off employees ORANGE CITY FL , Florida

This complaint is to bring to the forefront, the operations of Exops Global Inc., of Florida as well as expose the misrepresentations by there President Edison Lozada III

The company is in great debt, to the point whereas the other shareholders of the company ran as fast and as far as they could.  Mr. Lozada and his strong-arm know it all tactics, was rude and disrespectful to security officers as well as clients alike. 

Representing himself as a Global player when actually a ma and pa small poorly run company.  Security officers had checks bounce and had to fight to get paid.

In October the company was late with pay checks and from what were told, another local company came in and was able to secure the contracts and see the employees were paid.  I had been with them and they held back a weeks pay.  When the new company took over and offered every one employment, we were lead to believe that Exops Global was no longer in business.

Suddenly, there still in business in what is described as a shotty and unsafe armoured company.  To this day the hold back of pay has not been given.  They will not return emails or phone calls.  The President even changed his cell number.

This sparked an interest in wondering who Exops Global really is!

The action was based on the following:

"Moral character as used in this statute, means not only the ability to distinguish between right and wrong, but the character to observe the difference; the observance of the rules of right conduct, and conduct which indicates and establishes the qualities generally acceptable to the populace for positions of trust and confidence.

Furthermore

In our view a finding of a lack of good moral character should not be restricted to those acts that reflect moral turpitude. A more appropriate definition of the phrase requires an inclusion of acts and conduct which would cause a reasonable man to have substantial doubts about an individuals honesty, fairness, and respect for the rights of others and for the laws of the state and nation.

So one would ask.  Why is this person allowed to operate a security company in the state of Florida.

I won't even touch on the dog's breakfast of w2's that were issued!

I would steer far and clear of this company!
