They sell you that carrying their insurance is cheaper and can get repairs faster, well I was just informed that they allow 18-20 days and that I'll have to pay $45 a day car rental. They dont let you use anyone but their "designated" body shop and they don't schedule around u. Well I can't afford car rental fees or to be without a car for almost two weeks. They are rude and could care less and this place is a joke!
