FULCRUM DIRECT MARKETING Ryan and noel 1 good boss 1 bad boss mississagua, Ontario

well i just seen what one of my co workers had posted on the company. basicly all the information she posted was true! I called this report one good boss one bad boss, for a reason this is what i truly believe!

when i started in this company i met up for an interview with noel (good boss) he was very professional and  polite. Anytime I had questions he answered them, always complemented us, and treated us with respect.

ryan (bad boss) when i first started ryan seemed like a really nice guy, willing to kinda help you out with things... but as i worked with him more and more he seemed shady... ex. he wanted to fire ne of my co workers, for no reason other then the fact he was a d**k. he had another coworker come up and ask me on behalf of him how i felt about letting this girl go. i was in shock, she wasnt a manager or anything of the sort! i went right into his office and told him no i dont think she should be let go, and if he wants to ask me something speak to me directly! he then tried over and over again, to con me into changing my opion on my coworker!!!!

he called  my self and 2 other coworkers of mine on a friday night, well you could say a sat. morning due to the fact he called at 130 am drunk at a bar to tell us another coworker who only has a g1 will be driving us, (which i found shady because we have 2 other g2 and full g staff members who could have provied a safe and legal drive to work. also when calling me on this date he confronted me as "hunny"? which i found odd! as well as disturbing!

then he sent us all into work one day, with a coworking driving, who only has her g1 and never drove a day in her life! immediately i felt my life in danger! so my self and 2 other coworkers decided to drive with another employee who is a g2 driver... thank god we did because this girl with her g1 was driving over cerves! running read lights talking on her cell phone and doing drugs!  we called ryan (bad boss) to inform him on her unsafe driving! he then told us to go home early! and stated we are just jealous!

on a quick note : we were always told never to say we were volunteers, because we aren't we are being paid to do our job! and when going door to door lying is never acceptable! (this was strongly stressed by noel) (good boss) ryan (bad boss) told us to emply we were volunteers! and lie at the door!

when noel (good boss) was out of town on a business trip, all of the above statments have happend. when the company was in the hands of ryan! noel was completly shocked when ariving back to the company to see all of this had been going on! he had contacted me and my coworkers to see what had been going on while he was away! he took our concerns very seriousley! and set up a time to have a team meeting to talk about the situation at hand! i don't feel it is right to say noel is never there because he was infact on a business trip, for a week but tht doesnt mean he is never there! and when returning he jumped into action to correct what had happend in the past week. i have currently stoped working for the company due to ryan, nothing to do with noel! noel has always treating me with the most respect, and gave me good advise.

i would say that working with noel was positive! i think this job was a really good place to work when noel was in the office, i doubt after this he will be leaving anytime soon... and i think anyone who is thinking about working for this company SHOULD! its great money, its fun, and noel is a great boss!
