Hi.
I ordered facebook blaster pro after some research to try and find a way to promote myself as a singer songwriter. The product looked good. After multiple install attempts it sent my computer into complete meltdown and the need for a system restore.
At this point I sent an email asking for a refund and this was only about an hour after the purchase. I have since then contacted them 4 times with no response to any of them. This includes the so called support link on the site.
Clearly they are happy to take the money but no chance of a refund if you are not happy.
This is $50 so quite a lot of money which I will probably never see again. I don't know much about the distance selling regulations but surely this is theft??
