Facility Gateway Corp is the worst company I have everdealt with. They are liars and do not deliver what they promise. The people I had to deal with after the sale have no idea what they are doing. Then I deal with this Dave fellow who is the worst of them all. For what they do they have no technical expertise. I can't believe they are even in business. Please do not do business with this group as they are completely incompetent. If you do do business with them just remember I told you so!!!!!!

We used this company to design a data center for us. They did a superb job. From sign up to implementation everything went smoothly. We are very happy with the results.

I am the original author of the MADCUSTOMER1 negative review. I admit that I am a former employee who was disgruntled at the time so I wrote up a false review out of frustration with my job situation. I take full responsibility for this review and regret writing it to begin with. I have voiced my frustration with RipOffReport.com and they are not willing to remove it unless we pay thousands of dollars. [EDitor's note-- this allegation is false; Ripoff Report does not, and never has removed reports in exchange for money. ED Magedson Founder Ripoff Report.] Just goes to show you shouldnt trust everything you read. Refer to the Better Business Bureau for legitimate reviews as Im sure this website is full of invalid statements since it can all be done anonymously. Please give Facility Gateway Corporation my sincere apologies and know that they truly are a great company to work with.

Facility Gateway Corporation would love to find out who posted the article so they could get their lawyers working on the complaint. They should focus on trying to be an honest company and not be willing to go to any measures to win or steal a client. If the article is upsetting to Facility Gateway Corp I suggest they try operating with good and honest business practices. Anyone can ask for forgivness when a wrong is done but not changing or bettering your dishonest company ways is going to eventually cause them problems and some complaints.
I say if you are talking to Tyler Marks and or Jason Perry be sure to be careful and not share too much information with them about your clients. Oh and make sure they are not standing behind you they cannot be trusted.
