I received terms of Agreement on March 03, 2013 for a SBLC, the Agreement included the passport of an individual that executed the Agreement; whom I found passed away on the 13th October 2012. Schreyger Bernhard Adolf August was born on 11 May 1956 from Bern, I hope he was a better man than those using his passport to commit fraud.

You are correct the person bernhard adolph august schreyger as you mentioned is dead and confirmed in the death registery. Further before his death bankruptcy was current.
This person using the name and claiming to be associated as a 'non executive' director of financial leasing services limited is unfounded. Neither any of the owner directors of the company - the Graham family support the claim, knowledge of him or his capacity.
Payment requested by him go to coordinates abroad are not where any leasing instrument is being ordered from directly. No receipt from the receiving entity is provided that can be verified. AKA Schreyger operates through gmail and previously a defunct .co.cc address that was a sub domain name from South Korea.
There is a very sophisticated scam going on in the social networking sites also regarding this fellow, they have set up Graham family profiles that are fake that all lead to nigerian and carribean people. Some will also state AKA Schreyger hs been fired from the company and they are very sorry, but they can do the job at a lesser amount because of AKA Schreyger's actions. This is a rouse also.
Bank documents coming from AKA Schreyger are not recoginised by the bank it is claimed to be issued from.
Financial Leasing Services Limited themselves are real, with real people the graham family and aged in the 70-80's some living in retirement housing.
