BEWARE WHEN  YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP
WOW!  I had to cancel membership because I'm moving and these people just want to RIP YOU OFF!  I had to report them to my bank in order to get my money back.  I suggest reporting them to your bank in order to get your money back.  Don't just take their no.  I had the Sales Manager, Greg confess he was a CONTRACT EXPERT but I guess I schooled him on contracts.   REPORT THEM TO YOUR BANK AND LET 19 GET A RECORD!  Funny, I called the number here on Yelp 909-548-3333 and wanted to call back Greg after I found my contract to prove I AM RIGHT.  Greg blocked my number some how with the Verizon number that is and I called him right back with the number on their fitness19 Corp website 951-233-6114.  My bank even tried to get them on 3 way and could not get through to the number on file 909-548-3333.  Anyways, when I did finally get Greg back on the phone, (after hanging up with my bank) I asked him to read number 15 on the contract, NEEDLESS TO SAY, Greg did not read nor did he want to read the part that says:  Member may elect to either continue its membership privilages for an additional 30 days  , OR, if Member has fully paid all obligations, request a refund of the amount inicated in pparagraph 4( PARAGRAPH 4 IS LAST MONTHS DUE'S, which I paid according to contract.)  I'm not sure if Greg really is his name but I would think customer is ALWAYS RIGHT for only $14 and not getting reported to a BANK and I'M, WINNING!!!!! LOL  Keep in mind they still get $42 from me but I'm not gonna let them get a single penny more!  It's just poor practice from Fitness 19.  There is just sooo much to write, I know I'm rambling at this point.  Greg even said, "Go ahead and report it to your bank and that he will get their lawyers after me", Really Greg?  for $14 dollars??   okay, I DID......and got my money back!  My bank even blocked future charges they may attempt.  I'm not saying this gym is not worth $14 a month but I am saying BEWARE WHEN  YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.  Get in writing that you want your last months due's refunded back to you, that was my mistake.   You can't tell them anything verbally because they will say it never happen and just throw their contract in your face.

Keep your records because if they don't cancel your membership and you don't have proof, it will be your fault I'm sure.  I took pictures of my cancel receipt and contract and emailed them to myself incase these fools try to say I didn't cancel anytime in the future.  Don't throw away your records!  I read other reviews where Fitness 19 keeps charging you membership fee's for months and don't take your word that you cancelled and you will be responsible for charges.
