Flanigan Brothers Septic advertised septic tank pumping at a rate of $169 for a 1000 gallon tank. I called them and asked them to empty our 1000 gallon tank assuming it would be $169. After digging up the yard to access the tank they then told me the waste was too thick and it will be $400 now. Even though the septic tank cleaning fee for a 1500 gallon tank, (50% larger than mine) costs $269, apparently my waste was worthy of an extra $231. On the way out they kindly left me a 2 foot oil stain on my concrete driveway which they drove through so I have some duplicate spots all the way up the driveway. The owner of the company told me that this truck doesn't leak any oil.

Based on the dialog from these guys and the scare tactics I am sure this bait and switch goes on everyday with this company. Beware of this one folks!
