Florilli Transportation, LLC Rip off Fired me threatened to keep my personal belongings that was done by kurt himself. West Liberty, Iowa

I drove for Florilli for six years in the early to mid 90's, only leaving because of health issues.  I made money, alot of it, and their equipment in those days, was top of the line, conventional pete's.  I loved working for them and they always paid on time and gave me as many miles as I wanted.  I can't say I always ran legal but I can say they were great to work for and any runs that may have not always been legal were my choice and mine alone.  I never had any issues with them and I always found that the ownere was willing to listen to any concerns I may have had.  Their maintenance dept. was top notch and I never had any issues with them in the service department.  I don't know if everyone, evidently not, had the same experience as I did or not but i do know that had i not had a seizure that ended my truck driving for them, or anyone else, I would still be working from them today.  I miss the job and the company.

I am not certain that this fits the "rip off" category. You don't explain what you did to get fired. You obviously did not get compensation or unemployment, so at least some of their accusations are true about you. Did you return their truck to the place they asked you to bring it to? I feel that you are conveniently leaving out details about your own activity and are just trying to "get even" with this company for firing you.
