Beware of Joshua Forcier, owner & operator of "Forcier Appliances & Services".
He is very rude and will try to get paid more than he's supposed to by way of manipulation & lies. Furthermore, if you figure this out and confront him, then the "unprofessional" aspect of his conduct and character will start to show.
He even had a customer post a bbb complaint against him on 6/25/12 and he refused to resolve the complaint.
I had a similar situation where I had a complaint that he refused to handle so I decided that I no longer want to use his service. However, he continues to threaten me, which is very childish and unprofessional.
Beware of Joshua Forcier. He has an outstanding bbb complaint against his company that he refuses to address. He's ignored all of the bbb's requests for evidence of his business operation, his companies overall rating on the bbb is a "D+" and based on my experience in dealing with him I'm sure that rating will soon drop to a lower rating before the of this year.

After I looked up his company after having a "grueling" experience with him, I'm not surprised that someone else filed a bbb complaint against his company last month. Also, I'm not surprised that the bbb has rated his company a low, low score of "D+".
The way that I'm phrasing things are, beleive it or not, but I'm downplaying the experience I had with him & his company. The way things transpired between his company and myself is, literally, 10 times worse than the content I typed above. Feel free to check things out and make your own judgment.
Beware because he is unprofessional, rude, he will try to scam his way into making more money from a service call and if you don't let his antics manipulate you, then he will make threats toward you and make you feel as if you are powerless against getting your appliance fixed without letting him manipulate you."
Since I noticed the date on the bbb complaint was last month and now I'm filing this report this month, I wonder if he's going to get reports against him again next month and every month thereafter until he realizes he can't treat customers like this. All he's doing is alienating himself and causing himself to wind up going out of business eventually if he keeps this up.
