I took out a loan from PayDayOne. They are an accredited business. I have made three payments since I received my loan in October of 2009. They take out a certain amount every two weeks. I checked my account today...December 1st 2009 and there were two withdrawals...one for 17.95 and one for 19.95...they were in the form of a check with my signature at the bottom. So it looks like they forged two checks for a "subscription" I knew nothing about. They waited and waited to take out money thinking I wouldn't notice. I want this company shut down and prosecuted for fraud. I never received notice that I was enrolled in anything. Not an email, nothing. I'm tired of people getting ripped off. I work hard for my money to feed my kids not some people who are scamming others. I will do whatever it takes to make sure this company isn't in business. This has caused me stress and a half-day of pay to go to my bank and fix this. I want a class action lawsuit against these people.
