Let me tell you my experience with Harbor Freight. I bought a yard blower 3 months ago. The sales person asked me if I wanted to purchase the extended warranty for only $10 more. It covered everything he said, and if I was not happy, I could exchange the product or get a refund, no questions asked. So I purchased it. Well, the other day when I went to use it, it would not start. I took it back to the store and at first, I was treated well. Later, I said to myself, here it comes.....and sure enough they told me that they did not have the product so I asked for a refund and they said that they only could give me a gift card.

I told them I did not want the gift card and they said to come back next week to see if the product was in, I asked what happens if it is not in, and she said well then come back the following week and I asked again, what if it is not in the following week and yeap.......you guessed it, she told me well come back again the following week. I said to her, then I will have to come in week after week to see if the product is in? and she said yeah!!! What kind of customer service is that. I wrote an email to the customer service and it has been 3 days with no response. Never buy anything from them. Send email to everyone you know and let's make sure that we close this company down. Consumers are being raped everyday with companies like this. We have the power to do this. Let's take them down one by one!!!
