I was contracted by  Naomi J. Rodriguez -Director of New Business Development, Full Access Experiential Media Group. To an ad I observed listed in the employment category of Craigslist.  The Ad was looking for individuals to distribute flyers and posters to businesses through out my area advertising an event open to the public. 

After hire on January 20th I received an email outlining my job description:



The event you will be promoting is in early February so, time is of the essence. The materials you will be picking up are: 100 flyers/window clings and 5,000 posters. The window cling posters must be placed within retail locations. A photo of each location is required. You will need to cover a 5 - 10 mile radius with this amount. You know your area! So, please use your knowledge to determine the busiest locations for distributionn. If you have ANY questions reguarding this event then, please call me immediately. I am available via phone or email 24/7.

The flyers will need to be distributed within retail stores in amounts no greater than 100 flyers per location. You may place upto 2 posters per retail location. The ideal poster placement is on the bottom half of the store's front door. Use 2 poster and put them back to back (with the white unprinted backs facing each other). Have one poster facing out to the street and the other poster facing the interior of the store. You are required to tape the poster on all 4 corners with clear/transparent tape. The posters must be level, straight, un-torn, and un-wrinkled. Photos must be clear and well framed. Back up a few feet and take a photo of the entire store-front. The poster should be clearly visible. When flyers are left on the counter of a retail location take a picture of the flyers clearly indicating the entire counter. I will send you sample photos in a separate email.



I was advised by Naomi J. Rodriguez that payment for services would be 300.00 by check and mailed on February 2nd, 2010 I completed my responsibilities on January 22,2010 and awaited payment.  On February 1, 2010 I contacted Naomi J. Rodriguez by email to verify mailing of the check as promised and at this time she advised that she has meant to tell me the check would be cut on February 5, 2010 so once again I waited. I contacted Naomi J. Rodriguez by email again to verify mailing of the check as promised and at this time she advised me that she would provide me with a tracking number the following morning.  The following day no tracking number was ever received I sent a text to her personal cell and sent her numerous emails with no response.  Finally I sent her another text her advising that I would approach her client this did result in her calling me and then advising the check could now take 45 days to be released although she had sent me a tracking number to my email earlier that morning I advised her I never received the promise tracking number and that evening she forwarded the requested tracking number.  This email stated

Your assigned Certified Mail tracking # 7009 1680 0000 3475 2835. Paychecks are cut on Friday and mailed Saturday by Noon. Your tracking number will be viewable online by 1PM on Saturday at USPS.com. Please keep in mind that "RECEIVED" means the post office the item was received for mailing and it's not the destination.

The date now promised a January 13th, 2010 mailing, well its now January 13th, 2010 



The tracking number supplied shows no record of mailing I once again have emailed Naomi J. Rodriguez with no response.  Her quote in her email was correct If you have ANY questions reguarding this event then, please call me immediately. I am available via phone or email 24/7. she does although try to reach her for information regarding payment due for services rendered.   Not sure if I will ever get paid if I do I will correct this although I will state that organization is lacking here. Working for these people be prepared to go through frustration with changing payment dates and lack of contact after you have provided a service you were contracted to perform



Just a note; I have saved all text messages and emails regarding this as evidence of my statements if required

First I Stand by everything I have documented here if Ms. Rodriguez wishes to follow through with a slander suit I would be more than happy to follow through with a counter suit. Regarding suits the issue at hand is between myself and Ms Rodriguez her last rebuttal brought up the name of an innocent party my wife Teresa a suit will also be filed against Ms. Rodriguez by my wife for slander as well as  a counter suit on behalf of my business, I have EVERYTHING needed to back my statements and prove the accuracy of my statements.  I do not lie, I speak what I mean and I do not get intimidated especially when I am in the right.

If your business wants publicity file a slander suit I am more than happy to help you out, hell I will even highlight the other notable comments by others distributed through the internet and this website. 

(The remainder of my rebuttal will be provided inline highlighted by the script being underlined)

In my opinion, Bill Kettler needs anger management! Bill was PAID in less than 21 days after we received his paperwork.( Correct I was paid that is correct after being promised payment on 2/2/2010 and by email (Which I have retained) was advised 4 times of mis-information providing different dates to expect that payment, as well as a tracking number which your office provided for a letter you stated contained my payment (Which was never received) the tracking number was not even in the postal services system, The USPS stated NO RECORD. ) 


Bill Kettler did a good job. Although, I receive multiple calls from Bill Kettler through out the day asking for directions on what was a very BASIC TASK. We carefully review everyone's work; no exceptions. Although he worked independently distributing flyers and posters we do ensure distribution. Bill Kettler's work was being inspected because he failed to gather the required number of photos as we contracted. (  She means to discredit me by claiming I could not perform simple tasks her opening statement states "Bill Kettler did a good job.", this statement in itself contradicts her statement " he failed to gather the required number of photos as we contracted." ) 

Prior to cutting paychecks we ensure that all work was performed according to mandate. Again, he did a good job. However, Bill Kettler's impatient attitude would make him someone we would likely not re-hire. ( If this company was the last agency hiring in the entire world I would prostitute myself before going through the hell I did trying to get payment for services rendered


Bill Kettler continuously emailed, text,  ( Which were all saved ) and called during the weekend , non-business hours

Bill Kettler kept repeating "I am beginning to get pissed people usually do not like me when I am pissed". This was part of a nasty message he wrote to me on Facebook. ( I sure as hell did and would do it again it got the desired result I was finally paid)   

Bill Kettler was PAID and was PAID ON-TIME. ( Correct I was paid that is correct after being promised payment on 2/2/2010 and by email (Which I have retained) was advised 4 times of mis-information providing different dates to expect that payment, as well as a tracking number which your office provided for a letter you stated contained my payment (Which was never received) the tracking number was not even in the postal services system, The USPS stated NO RECORD. ) 

Unfortunately, he doesn't have the promotional experience to know that promo checks can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks on average. ( For which that information was never supplied to me upon acceptance of the position offered )


In short, everyone is entitled to an opinion but, to go online and post outright lies endangers credibility and it's WRONG.  ( again I do not lie, I speak what I mean and I have retained all of the communication necessary to succeed if brought to court .)

To Mr. Kettler I say: Careful with your FALSE statements else they may buy you a slander suit. Enough said.


To Ms. Rodriguez I Say: BRING IT ON! my statements are true I am not a lier, I can support my statements and a suit may just bring you a counter suit as well as a suit filed by my wife against you and your organization for bringing her name up in this.

Once again I stand by my statements I have proof of my statements, still have not received the check that was to have been Canceled @ the bank after your credit card payment. Threaten me with slander when I am telling the truth and have all of the emails. voice mails and other communication to support my claims,


I will respond to the comments by Naomi Inline to her comments:

(RESPONSE: I think after being promised payment on one date and then after completing my contracted responsibilities having Naomi change the payment date 4 times, given tracking numbers that the post office had no record of anyone would be angry.)

Check this and other feeds presented on this site and on other groups meant to inform others about targeted workplace issues search Naomi J. Rodriguez -Director of New Business Development, Full Access Experiential Media Group she has a notable history of comments from others such as mis-information or payment disputes. If I had been paid as she stated on time I would have received a check on February 2, 2010 as promised when first contracted, instead I was supplied with 5 count 5 different payment dates after the completion of my responsibilities, none stated issues with my work performance, just statements from her like "I gave you the wrong date, It is customary to wait 2 weeks, It is customary to wait 45 days", "I have a tracking number for you" . 

REMEMBER: Where there is smoke there is fire.

She will respond back to this although once again if necessary I can provide records, emails,text,voice mails and FB communication records .  By the way the Facebook thing worked great although I never planned a personal relationship it did provide a means of communication when she was avoiding all others.

think about this why was the tracking number she provided me by email as proof of a check - never registered with the post office? hummmm....

Why are we looking at 20 days later than originally promised a check never received? hummm...


Ok, given her the benefit of a doubt why has no check been received (canceled or not) from the date I received an email stating it had been on February 12, 2010 ?  Thats 10 days as of today hummm..

At the onset of our agreement I sent this email to Naomi to two separate email addresses her personal, her work and a back up account (Gmail) the company uses, both were returned 2 mailbox full.

2)Your email states: The ideal poster placement is on the bottom half of the store's front door. Use 2 poster and put them back to back (with the white unprinted backs facing each other). Have one poster facing out to the street and the other poster facing the interior of the store.  Most establishments here have bulletin boards to avoid tape on the glass doors, if I fail to place these posters on a door as instructed and place them on a bulletin boards, will this void my receipt of payment for services?
3)Your email states: Back up a few feet and take a photo of the entire store-front. Once again if the establishment refuses to allow placing the poster on glass and suggests their supplied bulletin boards, will this void my receipt of payment for services?
4) last, your email states: when flyers are left on the counter of a retail location take a picture of the flyers clearly indicating the entire counter. If an establishment has a policy of no images taken within their property ( I worked management at Michael's Art & Crafts, K Mart and a few other establishments they had policy's about images taken in the store) if  a store allows the placement of flyers and refuses images should I leave them or go elsewhere, or if they all just a photo of the flyers on the counter restricting the visual of their establishment is this acceptable? or will this void my receipt of payment for services?
I have figured by the above the flyers need to be distributed to at least 50 locations with 25 locations allowing poster/cling placement is this the requirement for payment?

Is the tape supplied by the promoter (You) or myself? what is the expected date I should receive payment for services? What is the name of the organization that will be releasing the check for payment?

I will require this information in writing before I before I pick up the materials to be distributed I will distribute these Thursday & Friday

Please know we pay all our canvasser without issue. Our goal is to distribute all materials and provide our client with documentation. As you can understand, some folks will take this sort of work and toss the materials and expect to be paid. I certainly don't think that is the case with you. However, sometimes clients don't get the result they are expecting and question distribution. In turn, photos are our proof of distribution.
 
Let me know if you have additional questions. The materials do need to be picked up today. I appreciate your help.

I was also advised that she had not checked her emails and this resulted in a Full-In box causing the email bounce backs. 

During my assignment calls were made although not as frequent as Ms.Rodriquez would like to portray, my concern was receiving payment for services rendered so when I encountered a situation where the business would not allow images of the store interior although they would allow placement of the flyers I did call to verify if flyer placement should be made. 
I phoned her with my questions and I will highlight her response contrary to her rebuttal statements Naomi response verbally to question #2 was  "quote"After reviewing your resume online I am not worried about how or where the images are taken. Normally we do not receive resumes from individuals with a professional background such as yourself, usually we hire college kids, or students "get what you can in images with you I am not particularly worried about it."unquote"
also at this time Naomi distinctly informed me that "quote" A check will be cut and mailed I would be paid on February 2. 2010 "unquote".  

During my assignment I encountered several individuals who would not all images in some cases I used my cell phone without their knowledge in other cases took images of the exterior as instructed by Naomi I also called her to advise that I had discovered that one of the event sponsors had requested I go to the distribution center and drop off several posters and flyers to be distributed though out the stores by the district manager I was advised by I called to see if this would be acceptable since I could not supply images of the poster/flyer placement "Naomi stated going to distribution centers was not my job, I informed her I would be happy to do it if it would help her professionally which she acknowledged."  I did then contact The district manager and supply the requested materials.

My rebuttal of statements  by  Naomi J. Rodriguez  is that he as a professional is unorganized and does not follow through with her promises causing undue stress in employee/management relations.  I did make the statement "I am beginning to get pissed people usually do not like me when I am pissed". and stand by that after receiving the run around, mis information and lies regarding payment I had contacted the BBB in Orlando, Rip off report and several other online scam reporting sites.  My final interaction with Naomi J. Rodriguez was once again ended with another act of mis-information she informed me a check had been mailed Saturday February 13th although she would pay me by credit card if necessary and stop payment on the mailed check, she did pay by credit card although as she once again made an empty promise the mailed check that was to be canceled was never received. 

I have been a business professional for over 20 years, operations management. district management and employed by the US government,  I took this position as a temporary position to make a few bucks in a hard economy.  I never expected to encounter an individual whom would be so unorganized and supply so much mis-information to one of her employees as to cause so much mistrust and animosity.

Bill Kettler - Inexperienced & Needs Anger Management

Bill Kettler did a good job. Although, I receive multiple calls from Bill Kettler through out the day asking for directions on what was a very basic task.

We carefully review everyone's work; no exceptions. Although he worked independently distributing flyers and posters we do ensure distribution. Bill Kettler's work was being inspected because he failed to gather the required number of photos as we contracted. Prior to cutting paychecks we ensure that all work was performed according to mandate. Again, he did a good job. However, Bill Kettler's impatient attitude would make him someone we would likely not re-hire. Bill Kettler continuously emailed, text, and called during the weekend (non-business hours) expecting an immediate response. Bill Kettler kept repeating "I am beginning to get pissed people usually do not like me when I am pissed". This was part of a nasty message he wrote to me on Facebook. Bill Kettler was PAID and was PAID ON-TIME. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the promotional experience to know that promo checks can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks on average. Bill was PAID in less than 21 days after we received his paperwork.

the problems one has to go through to get paid for services

I emailed Naomi J. Rodriguez -Director of New Business Development, Full Access Experiential Media Group. with the following email" I am beginning to get pissed people usually do not like me when I am pissed, due to all of the run around here, your email said you would contact me Sunday you did not.  The email dated February 2nd stated the check was to go out that Friday supplying a tracking number (See Below) , the tracking number as of this morning shows no record (See Below). 

I want to know now when and where this check is or I will go to SUU get your physical address and have someone in your office this week and did I mention I will make sure no one hires you in this area again,  I am tired of all of the runaround you are providing."



Immediately I received a call back advising that it was her weekend off and it was unfair I contact her on her time off, I advised her that her original email states she is available 24/7 she stated "That's Emergency Only"' I advised that the email does not state this.  I stated that since the date promised for payment had been changed several times and they have recently provided me with a tracking number which was not found on record with the USPS that I felt justified.  Naomi then stated your check is in the mail I do not know why it shows no record.  We have been busy you will get paid. I advised her that if the check had not been received within 2 business days I would contact the university who contracted her to request her physical address and have a family member whom resides in Orlando pick up the check in person that I was tired of all of the run around. 



Naomi J. Rodriguez then offered to utilize Paypal which I have no account although after the conversation I emailed her an alternate option Google Check out  for which she accepted and immediately paid
