Fusion Labs 4 Unfamiliar company, Fusion Labs 4, charged 89.99 to my checking acct w/out my permission Internet, Delaware

After noticing my account was a little lower than I thought it should be, I got online to look at the charges to my account. I noticed there was a charge for Fusion Labs for $89.99 and a 866# beside it. Money is so tight these days, I wouldnt dare, purpously buy something for almost 100 bucks. So I called the number...repetedly. The line just rings and rings, and finally a message come on saying "you've reached customer service. Hours are from 8-5 mountain standard time. If you've reached this recording all customer service reps are busy. Try again later" I have been "trying again later" for two days. I got online to do some research after talking to my bank, and the first thing that came up was SCAM! The bank was very helpful. They canceled my card, and said it could be replaced the same day. And did a charge back for the amount. But I have to contact this "company" to get the money back to the bank. What a mess. From what Im reading online, it seems like if you've purchaced anythng that says "free, only pay shipping", they got cha! I did attempt to purchace some diet pills last year, but never recieved them, so I called and cancelled. I have not ordered anything like that in the past 12 months. Please be aware. And anyone with more information on this, please post it. They surely cannot get away with this.
