April 3rd, 2015 I ordered a pair of Daek blue men's size 9 Tardis hi top sneakers for my boyfriend. It was crowd funding. If goal was met, they oroduced item. Goal was net. My PayPal account was deducted the $42.08 plus $8.50 shipping. I got a confirmation email with an order # but no tracking#. Cannot call the company, as they are in Romania. Emailing them and mo one gets back to you. Online chat function on their site is worthless. They say they will give you a free shirt if they don't reach you in 24 hours. That also is a falsehood. My order # is R0948227810.

You ordered an item from our fyves campaigns, and items therin can not be ordered on demand. First the campaign will finish, after which the production team takes about 8 business days to produce your order. Then, another 12-14 business days is needed to get the order to where you are depending on your location.
I have put in a refund request for your order and this will be honored as soon as the office opens on Monday. I apologise that our support staff was unable to answer your inquiry on time.

After many, many attempts to reach them. I DID finally get a reply explaining what was going on. No tracking number yet, and no item. Still watching.
