I basically had the same experience as other at will employees at GCU. They hire inexperienced instructors, then terminate the good ones. for the most flimsy reasons. Christian it is definitely not. It treated my students and myself like dirt. I hear the same thing happen at UoP- does it have to do with the fact that the formers UoP CEO is now CEO at GCU?
