i was contacted by Good Life Media and told that they were offering me advertising space in their magazine which they said was distributed to several of the most exclusive golf clubs in vancouver - a potentially good source of potential clients for a design business such as mine.

I agreed and they sent me an authorisation agreement (with the name Anthony Canales on behalf of Good Life Media) for an up front payment. After that i communicated with someone supposedly in the "graphics" department & with a little to & fro we agreed the design of the ad.

5 months later and still no ad has been published or distributed to me or to any of the golf clubs. I have been trying ever since to get in touch with these people to see where the magazine is and why they have fulfilled their end of the agreement. Currently they are not responding to any calls or voicemails.

Now i realize obviously it is because they are con artists and criminals who simply swindled me out of some money. I hope that this report can help prevent anyone else falling prey to these crooks.
