Genesis Equipment Lied about condition and hours of machine West Palm Beach, Florida

When we had purchased the loader it had 7500 hours on it, they had said. When we got the loader it actually had 9970 hours on it. They raised the price on the loader $2500 because it needed a cutting edge. When we recieved the loader there was no new cutting edge on it. It was suppose to have gone through the shop to get check over for the lights, backup alarm and anything else that needed fixing. It actually never even went through there shop, the driver pick it up at the fam and brought it the our shop. So nothing even go checked over or fixed at Genesis. They have not returned our calls since we wired the money to them. Took over a month to deliever the loader.



What we had to spend to get the loader working properly.

New muffler for $956.81

fixed steering column $586.22

Two new Batteries $333.90

Bucket ram leaked it will cost $1000.00 to fix

New front tire for $3500.00
