This company is very deceptive and misleading. I ordered the trial bottle as stated (this is copied directly from their website)

This is a one time $4.95 discounted bottle that will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. After 14 days of your initial order, you will be emailed an order reminder with an order renewal link that will allow you to order again. The price for a 1 month supply is $89.95. You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your discounted order and you can cancel anytime by calling 1-844-632-1910.

The email was NEVER sent to me. They do not state on their website that the 14 day trial starts from the day you ordered it and NOT from the day you are actually charged for the shipping. I ordered this on 03/31 and the charge hit my account on 04/02. I used a debit card so the charge should have been immediatley. My 14th day would have been 04/14 but they charged my account for $87.95 on 04/13, dating the charge as 04/14. When I contacted customer service, they asked me if I liked the product. I told them I did not and was told since I had opened the bottle, they could not do anything to help me and refused to give me any refund. After pushing and pushing, I was offered their "employee discount" of 50% and would be refunded $43. I called back later that afternoon because this was just not sitting right with me and was told since I had accepted the 50% refund they could not do anything more for me. I told them I would report them on ripoff report and BBB and was told that ripoff report was not a valid site. This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY anything from them. I feel I have been taken in the worst way.

Customer Service has a generic speech that they give and follow which tells me they have many complaints and have an answer for everything. This company needs to be put out of business and not allowed to sell anything on the internet!

This site is very hard to read and does not clearly identify the "fine print."  In fact I think ever your highness would find it hard to locate the information where it says you will be overcharged for this product.  So get over yourself.  This is clearly taking advantage of the consumer.  I wager you work for the company and want to sleep better at night.  Jerk!   The fact the letter that comes with the poduct only states the shipping charges and not the total amount should tell you there is something "hinky."  The letter also have written in big bold letters accross the top FRIENDLY FRAUD!  It speaks for itself.

If you spent ANY time on RoR you would see as those people who are familiar see. YOU ripped YOURSELF off. Not them.  YOU did not read the terms and conditions of the offer or you would have seen for yourself the information YOU are complaining about. Its clearly on thier website. YOU JUST DID NOT READ!!!! That is what has caused this issue. Its actually VERY COMMON for the American Consumer to NOT read. In fact there is even a word for it. Its called "Contract Blindness". Meaning YOU who are required to read and sign some form ONLY see what YOU believe to be relevaent. This means that YOU ONLY SAW WHAT YOU NEEDED TO SEE and nothing more. There could have been a clause that meant you would have to pay a fortune if you did X but YOU woulodnt have seen it because in YOUR mind it DID NOT MATTER.

Stop playing the victim, because YOU did this to yourself. Ok so YOU didnt see the email. If you had read the T&C you would see that if they did not recieve a response CANCELLING your service, then they would automatically send you a fresh supply. In the future READ what you are getting yourself into. All it would have taken on YOUR PART is to ALT+TAB to a new window and go to the website DIRECTLY. But you DID NOT DO EVEN THIS!!!! You cannot claim that THEY are ripping YOU off, THEY DID NOT!! They ONLY did what the terms and conditions of the purchase YOU made states they can.

YOU FAILED TO DO YOUR PART!!!! You cant blame THEM for YOUR FAILURE. Thats what a CHILD does. A child deflects responsibility off of themselves and onto ANYONE else. The ONLY victim here is the company. They are eating a 50% discount because you were too stupid to cover your own a*s.

Eventually they will get to the point where they will tell you to screw off. People like you think that the rules of the world DO NOT apply to them and thats as far from the truth as it can get.
