First use of the candles and the candles were defective, cracked, and leaked damaging candle holders, and table. Photographs on the defective candles and damage were emailed to the company. A total of 5 emails and 4 phones calls were made to the company asking for replacement of the defective and hazardous candles. The company refused to respond to any of the emails and phone calls, and thus refusing to honor any of their products.
There are many candle companies on line. Do yourself a favor, and do not waste your time or money with this POS company.
Other internet reviews sites also have comments made that this company does not follow-up with a customers and also has a history of ripping off others.
