Glasses USA Has continued to lie regarding order for sunglasses on when they were shipped new york new york

I placed an order for sunglasses on the 5th of March.  I was told my order would go out soon, glasses were in stock.  I told the rep that i was leaving to go out of town and was concerned how long it would take to arrive.  I was told that they would go out soon.  I called them several times and was assured that they would go out no later then that friday or monday at the latest.  When monday came and went and did not get an e-mail i called on THurs.  I was told they shipped oout and gave me a tracking number for usps.  I enter usps websit and put in my tracking number. Nothing to report  thought that was odd so i e-mailed Glasses USA on Friday.  They assured me it went out.  I enter usps and asked them to notify daily on where the shipment was.  Saturday  no info.  I emailed Glasses USA  i recieved a response that were were shipped out and i would have to be patient.  Sunday no info, e-mailed them again.  Did not get a response.  Monday the 17th i called usps and was on hold for 20 minutes thinking maybe their system was down.  They reported that they have no info on the shipment and it has not been shipped.  I called Glasses USA and get the run around once again.  I was never told that they ship your glasses from new york to illinois and then they ship it to us (???????)  they are telling me it is being shipped ti Il.  I asked them to 

ship 3 day.  they would not do it.  From the looks of it, this company is a scam.  I wished i would have checked on them before processing my order.  This is a shame.  I have order glasses from several companies on line without any problems.

 I have a reaatil business and order from many companies on line.  I have never experienced the deceitfulness i have with comany.

 Buyers Beware!!!  calling my credit company and any other way to let people know how horrible this company is.
