Global Reserve and Finance is a scam. I invested $50,000 with the company that was to go into a PPP 45 day trade April 1st, 2009. Funds were supposed to be in a blocked account, not transferred. I was supposed to be paid out a minimum of 100% plus my principal would be reinvested. The 1st payout was to be June 19th. I have not received a nickle. I have made well over a hundred calls to these guys and it is an excuse every time as to why there are delays. I am looking for other investors they have defrauded. Please contact me if you are one. Mark Cramer, Florence Cramer, Michael Cramer, Peter Luksin and Ana August all live in Florida.

Mark Cramer and Michael Cramer received disciplinary action from the SEC regarding a previous investment scam in British Columbia. Case# 2003BCSECCOM 347. Michael and Mark Cramer are not supposed to have any investor relations 12 years as of May 23, 2003.

Atlantic Equity Partners in Raleigh, NC Bernard Hickson and Reginald Olson referred me to Michael Cramer who was initially in Alberta Canada the 1st time I spoke with him on the phone. These are some bad guys who should be put out of business. Please contact me if you have had similar experience or if you are an attorney interested in taking a class action suit.

Thanks, David

Retraction

AUTHOR: David B - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 13, 2010

I would like to retract my posting but Ripoffreport will not permit me to do so. This is unfortunate because I did not have all the facts when I posted the original report. I am therefore retracting my statements in hopes that no harm will come to Global Reserve or the Cramers or investors/clients. I recently received a call from one of the directors of the company.

Based on additional information that I was not privy to at the time of the posting, I now understand the following.

1. There was no fraud or scam.
2. There was no misappropriation of funds.
3. There was however some minor technical breaches that one Province in Canada wrote up on the Cramers in an attempt to extort money from them.
4. I had a similar case against myself and it is not easy when you are up against the government.
5. Global Reserve and I have worked things out to the mutual agreement of both parties once I found out what really was happening to them.
6. I apologize for any misunderstandings and wish only the best for Global Reserve and any investor wishing to be involved with this company.

Sincerely,
David

Global Reserve and Finance Scam

AUTHOR: David B - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 15, 2009

Global Reserve

Since you have never responded to my numerous emails and have failed to return my phone calls I suppose we can correspond here. In response to your comment that I was out of line at some point I have no clue as to when you were referring. I have never been rude or out of line on any call I made or email requesting that you contact me regarding my investment. Even when I had every right to be livid.

You are apparently saying that what I have said is inaccurate. I challenge you to show any inaccuracy. I can prove any and all of what I am saying. You mention you have the right to retain my funds for the 12 or 13 months. I have correspondence from GRF stating there was an upcoming payoff of profits on specific dates. That of course never happened. You have illegally retained my funds for your own use.

And regarding the minor repremend by the SEC in BC. It doesn't look so minor to me... Mark Cramer and Michael Cramer lost their SEC License over it. Here is the link... http://www.bcsc.bc.ca/comdoc.nsf/comdoc.nsf/webpolicies/6A09933F22349CA088256CEC006EAEC4?

Your company is anything but legitimate. If you can show any liability in me calling you a bunch of crooks please pursue. My guess is you never will because what I am saying is completely true.

The more you respond in this manner the more unethical you prove yourself to be to anyone looking at this. Why don't you just do the right thing instead of being so cowardly. Give me a call like you should have done to begin with.

By all means continue to correspond

Sincerely

David Benton

GRF Responds to David's Gross Allegations

AUTHOR: Global reserve - (New Zealand)

POSTED: Monday, December 14, 2009

Attention: David

David, you invested $50,000.00 USD with Global Reserve and Finance Limited on March 30, 2009 through an off-shore corporation.

In summary, the Joint Venture Agreement that you signed on behalf of that corporation, states that GRF has 12 months to invest the funds and provide a return. The 12 month period ends April 1, 2010, hence, GRF has approximately 3-1/2 months yet to work with the funds before the contract ends. As soon as suitable investments are found, the contract stipulates that a percentage of the gross profits would be remitted to you. GRF continues to work hard in a difficult economic environment to locate suitable safe investments to provide returns for the investors.

GRF always responds to calls from clients but reserves the right to refuse communication from abusive and persistently strident callers.  Clients are treated both respectfully and professionally and they may contact the company through phone, email, or internally through their individual accounts.

Be advised that none of the individuals mentioned in your October 17 posting were ever disciplined by the SEC for any issue or by any other regulatory authority for "investment scams"; the 12 year investor relations ban only applies to one province in Canada for relatively minor infractions.

GRF finds your posting full of inaccuracies and is of a libelous nature.

Are You Kidding???

AUTHOR: David B - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, November 27, 2009

Adrian

Are you kidding??? What is my motive? My motive is I was ripped off by these jokers. If what I am saying is slander I welcome Michael Cramer, Mark Cramer, Florence Cramer, Ana August, Peter Luksin, Bernard Hickson, Reginald Olson and the rest of the crew to take me to court. Sounds like you are in with this crowd too. If you would like we can do a 3 way call with the Office of Financial Affairs in Florida or the Attorney Generals office. Just let me know or if you would like the investigator to contact you...

My guess is you don't have the guts to contact me and certainly not to accuse me of being fraudulent eye to eye. These guys are crooks and cowards along with the crew working with them. If what I claim is not 100% true then have these guys contact me. They won't return my calls. They won't even answer the phone at the call center.

Try it, it goes to voice mail. 239-432-2521 They apparently are very selective as to whom they call back. They don't call back the people they have ripped off.

If you have been dealing with them for 5 years then you know this is not their first rodeo. Google "Mark Cramer, Michael Cramer, Florence Cramer" exactly as I have typed here and see what you find. These guys have scammed investors for millions in the past in British Columbia.

Global Reserve & Finance is a legitimate company!

AUTHOR: Adrian F - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, November 26, 2009
Attention David;

I want to question your motives for posting slander like this for the whole world to see.  Why would you want to ruin this company's reputation when yourself have $50,00.00 of your own money invested?  Isn't there a more diplomatic way to address your concerns?  The only conclusion I have is you have financial interest with another firm that is in direct competition with Global Reserve & Finance.  If they are so bad like you are writing, why are they not in jail??

Like you, I am also an investor with Global Reserve's trade program.  Global Reserve & Finance is a legitimate company.  I have personally known the Cramer's for 5 years.  They are honest and trustworthy people who follow through with their commitments.  If you go to their website and login to your account, you will notice that they post status updates under the news section.  In addition, they have a resourceful call center that is available to answer questions and provide insight which I never had trouble getting through during normal business hours.  In my opinion, there is complete transparency!

You have to remember, that this is a sophisticated investment for experienced investors, therefore patience is important.  Things do not always go smoothly, however, things are on track after experiencing various road blocks.  (This is clearly laid out on the website when you login to your account.)  If you wanted certainty in terms of time frame, why did you invest in this program? Judging from the size of your investment, I want to question your level of investment knowledge?  The only thing negative that I would have to say about GRF is they should of had a higher minimum investment so they didn't have to deal with people like yourself.  I find it ironic that folks who invested a lot more including myself are not writing garbage like this on the web!

Again, I, nor the readers of this post know your true motive or your agenda. My motives for responding to this slander is to let the public and fellow investors know the real truth of this company as this affects everyone.  To conclude, I wish you the best with future investments.

Regards,

Adrian
