Go relax Travel LLC This company ripped off my elderly parents twice. they made it sound as if my parents had won a free trip, in actuality, they then charged my parents credit card with over $800.00. orlando, Florida

My elderly parents were listening to a spanish radio station there was a contest they knew the answer to a really easy question.  they called and were told they had won a trip to pueto vallarta.  Later a representative called them got them excited told them that the price included the airflight and hotel all they had to do was provide them with the credit card number.  By the time I found out, few months had lapsed.  Thy charged him twice for two packes one $423.98 the second 383.98!  

My parents are on a fixed income receive social security and this is really a hardship on them.  Well when I called go travel to use it, they charged an additional $89.00 dollars!! for two nights at the golden nugget in las vegas!  i asked about the pueto vallarta, they said they would have to pay $200 in addition to the money already charged on their credit card!  This is such a rip off, the company takes advantage of elderly people!!  Do not do business with them please.
