My daughter & I went to Del Amo Indoor Swapmeet to pick up my alterations. My daughter wanted a snack,(specifically she stated "Chili Cheese Doritos",where they put chili&cheese in the bag of nacho cheese doritos). And that's what I specifically ordered to the Korean gentleman(who is the owner also).When the order was ready,I told one of the workers (a young girl) it was wrong.They have given us nachos instead.(plain tortilla chips w/ chili& cheese)My daughter didn't want it,so when I asked to exchange it,they refused! The girl checked with the Korean man about this, then asked how much I paid& the girl said I paid more,then she said I must have made a mistake, so it's too late to change the order. I walked away very disappointed and upset w/out taking the nachos w/ chili & cheese which is the wrong order. This is very bad customer service, someone who provides good customer service would gladly exchange it for me,then learn a lesson going forward the next time another customer orders the same item by clarifying it twice. They didn't even give my money back. Rancho Dominguez, California
