Grabdress.com sexydress.com Ripped me off with a cheap 'prom' dress, & will not let me return Internet

Recently, I ordered a prom dress from Grabdress.com. I had recently tried on a dress in stores locally which was over 300$. I wanted to see if I could find it cheaper online, which I did.

The dress was a Mignon and the picture on the website showed exactly what I tried on in stores, so I figured why not buy it for half the price? After placing my order, I recieved a confirmation email that said at the bottom, 'all dresses are hand crafted according to pictures, and some differences may arise.' If I had seen this BEFORE I would have put in my order, I would not have bought it.

When the dress arrived, it came in a bag... which right away made me think something was wrong. Upon opening it, I realized the dress WAS NOT a Mignon, it came with a handwritten tag with numbers on it. The fabric was something like a costume and EXTREMELY cheap!

There were tons of threads coming out from the sides and there were needle marks all throughout the dress (to say the least it was sewn horribly). There were dirty spots on the back of the dress as well. The slit in the front did not come up the side like the picture showed, it came up the front so that when it was on my underwear DID show.

This website is ridiculous and scams people so fast. They will not return any dresses. They say they return them with damage, and sine mine had damage I tried contactin them through emails and chats since they do not have a phone number. The company says to send them pictures through email which just so happenly do not open up once you do send them.

I advise you to NOT buy dresses from them EVER! The reviews say that the dresses are very nice... they're not. I tried submitting a review and they will not let the bad ones show. This is a disgusting fly by night company and save yourself the time, money, and anger and order locally even if it is more expensive because we're already out 200$
