Their statements do not accurately reflect the loan credits and debits. The supervisor wont empty his voice mail so he is never available even after providing his ext. no. The company will not respond to payoff requests.
They handle your loan and money but dont respond to requests for proper reporting or information. impossible to deal with and next step is the AG in Ct--consumer Relations dept
