Guaranteed Consumer Funding (CEC Solutions) gcf4all.com / gec solutiones unfair! insulting! , very bad service!. paid $800.00 and got a $100.00 acer monitor! BULL!! mc leain, Virginia

I started an account with cec soulutions  a year ago. i sent them 100.00 to get started then 30.00 a week for 8 mo . first 2 mo go by and nothing. i call and they tell me i need to sent a void check. so if i never called i would NOT  of never known.

so i send them  a voided temp check from my acct cus i dont rite checks. the numbers wer correct on the  check. a month goes by i call for a delivery date. not abel becus they did not accept my temp check. again never emaild me or informed me. so 3 mor week delay. this happend over and over during the 8 mo period.

so i finaly get a shiping date a few MOS later. but i decited to move into a house with my new wife. so i call and change my adress to the new house. ok figure no prob. a month goes by i call to check up and make sure i was in good shape. NOPE! chang of adres delays the date again. by this time im   frustrated as hell. and just go with it.

well  aprox 2mo sgo by and i have found a new and better  job. i think im doing the rite thing by informing them right?  wrong! guess what delay again! so i tell the girl(DONT PUT THE NEW JOB INFO  IN  ) leave it as is so i get my pc. another few weeks go by. call to get my delivery date. haha nope the girl put in my new job info and it was delayd again!  


ok so i give them all the dam info they need about everything down to my favorit song.  a few weeks go by again and i calll once again to get my shiping date.  omg!  they called my job one time and dident get in contact with my boss. i work at a metal yard and its very buizy. keep in mind i have already paid over $800.00 at this point


i never once got a phone call ,email,letter, or any point of contact this whole time  i had to keep on thes A holes. 

so i tell them OK! im done! stop payment and send me somthing already! they take out one more payment after t tell them not to. f -it i dident care at this point.  i agreed to receive a 19"  (NAME BRAND) monitor .not tv.. monitor.  and a mp3 player.  well turnes out after $800 in ther pocket  i receive a low grade $109.00 18.5" ACER piece of crap! and no mp3 like i was promesed.  to top it all off nothing was ever sent to the credit burel for my payments. wth?  i will never do any thing like this again and hope people are aware off this SORRY PLACE call cec solutions . thank you
