Your location will most likely get cleaned professionally, but the individual recruited by Patricia (Patty) to clean it may not get paid as in this case. I have seen this same type scam before in this area used at construction sites where an individual recruits people to perform a cleaning service and will pay them a few times after each job. Then after they get your confidence, they get you to clean a few locations over a few days or a week. They then collect the money from the contractor and vanish not paying the individuals doing the actual work.
Well, here it has happened with a so called cleaning service. A individual has done some work for Patricia Miller before and promptly paid. Over Veteran's Day week, the individual and her daughter cleaned a few locations and contacted Patty upon completion for payment. Patty stated she had to collect money from the owner/agency the following Monday before she could pay them. Calls were made Monday and Tuesday by the victims with no answer. On Tuesday, I was able to get a call returned only after I called from an unknown number to Patty's cell stating that I needed some cleaning.
The caller that returned the call claimed he was first a brother, and after a second returned called claimed to be a co-worker. Both times I explained that payment was required for service rendered or at least an reason for the delay of payment. He stated that he understood my concerns and would pass the word to Patty as soon as he saw her. Seems to me that he was screening the calls because in past, Patty would always answer the cell phone (Why not? It's her business!). The contact at the location of cleaning stated that they did pay Patty for the cleaning performed. It has now been over 3 weeks since the cleaning has been completed and we still have yet had any response from Patricia or her so called cleaning service.
Due to the lack of response from Patricia we no conclusion but to believe this was a scam.

On date of this ripoff NO owner or associate(s) of Hayes Cleaning Service was around to observe the individual working in the name of Hayes Cleaning Service. If so, Hayes Cleaning Service would have noticed another person onsite helping the individual and a third providing some additional support. Where were you??? Busy preparing to scam a new victum or off drinking yourself celebrating this scam??? Witnesses can testify YOU WERE NOT THERE and that the individual was not drinking. If said individual was ever drunk at any time prior to this day, why send them out on a job again? That's pretty dam stupid on your part and you deserved to be embarrassed! If the individual was passed out on the job, I could understand not paying for them that day, but why send them back out again and not pay them for a job they did do??? So, rather than pay the individual what you owe, you would rather continue to advance the lie and support this scam with additional proof you provided.

To the gentleman who says i ripped his wife off.. i dont think picking her up for her to go work & take her home is a ripoff not to mention she didnt have money for food or drink that i provided for her ..... Which was o.k that wasnt a problem. the problem began when i took her & dropped her off at a unit to clean & told her i would be back shortly to check on her & i did to find her passed out on the bed from being drunk from the alchol she found that the guest had left behind. I tried to wake her me & my worker both but she didnt wake to start with but we kept trying until she woke up & i had ask what was goin on she responded to me saying. I got into the alchol that was left from the guest. I ask her to call her ride she did so no she didnt get paid she did not clean so she did not recieve any money ... She Costed me Money & Embaressment ... So Therefor your ripoff report is very .... ( Not True ) So There For Get Your Partner Into AAA

There has been a meeting up with Alina a few months ago. Still no payment rendered for work performed, but did get a truthless tale for not paying. There are witnesses that can verify claims of her tall tale as BS. More recently, Alina M (M for Miller) has written herself a 5 star review on yelp.com. LOL Would you honestly trust this person? Alina, next time get someone other than yourself to write you a review. Seriously, who are you fooling. Maybe your brother/partner can write one for you.

Still no contact from Patricia or anyone from her LLC on making good on payment of services to her recruited help. Since there are many websites stillposting "Hayes Cleaning Service" as active, I'd like to make a note here that it has been declared inactive by Florida. Thereis still a website posted for "Hayes Cleaning Service", but not the current "HAYES CLEANING OF NW FLORIDA LLC" that Patricia is listed under. Spoke with one of the agencies that subcontracted and paid Patrica Miller for cleaning that my wife did (but not paid for), they stated they have not heard fromPatricia in awhile.
