I hired Hank Signo for a home improvement project. He lied about having a construction license / insurance; caused damage to my property. He refused to return the deposit after I fired him. He advertises on craigslist and other sites offering home improvement services in NJ under different names:

how do u expect a refund after u fired me.. gas is free an labor is free just for you!! You asked for more work an did not want to pay for it an when I said no u fired me and demanded your money back !!! To bad nothing is free in this world.
