Henning Morales perpetrated one of the biggest frauds ever done against the independent artists and bands on the LA music scene in 2008. His cooperative arrangement with his two co-defendants Jim DeCicco and Brent Harvey resulted in a judgment against him, E-World Companies and Mr. DeCicco and Mr. Harvey for hundreds of thousands of dollars, which he has yet to even attempt to pay.

Henning Morales now claims to be an event producer, bilking more investor cash while trying to obtain music and video content from unsuspecting artists and bands that he can later sell under what he likes to call "rev share" agreements. Yeah right. Like you or anyone else might ever see a dime paid back buy this scoundrel. But I digress, Henning runs in poor company and because of that, he draws in the lowest level of others to him. Be fore warned. Henning Morales is a criminal just like his henchmen.

plus email-comms trail, spearheaded by the infamous 'Dr. Michael Brown',
and actual 'Payment Plan' offering-documents, written and 'signed' by
Henning, himself, promising to pay all owed-monies, damages, and
interests-accrued, from the - that's right - Bounced-check, they gave to
us as payment for the delivered services. We are very-willing to join
the fight to bring these criminals to justice. They now owe-us in the neighborhood
of $4100., with the maximum-penalty allowed for Bad Checks, plus interest.

Yep - Class-Action Suits, potential SEC-investigations, FBI-investigations,
