We are surprised to see this person RE surface again. After reading about him on RipOff we decided to add in
We formulated an upstart Golf Hole in One Insurance company together in North Carolina with Dennis Chase Hole in One Clearing House and another investor.
Within the first 45 days Dennis ransacked most of the initial start-up funds for his own personal use and when we had our first claim, Dennis tried to abscound with the "whole" payment into his account? While offering the claimant pennies on the dollar, which the claimant settled on for about half unknowingly.
Totally unethical . . . . we decided to close up shop immedialty with proper legal advice/docuemntation and courts approval returning the financial investor' money back to him from what was left, he was never involved and never recouped his full investment, for which we are sorry about till this day . . . once Dennis Chase found out about monies still avaialble . . he went off the deep end . . suing all of us, which was thrown out of court on day 1. We counter sued him and won a judgemnt that we have not been able to collect on
