More garbage being spewed by psychotic people who have nothing better to do then to TRY and besmearch a reputable company by using the Internet to post their grafitti! They have not one shread of proof or evidence of anything they are saying as exampled in this pablem about Tamara. She is mortified to think someone is saying she has written something about our company. There is no such thing. Just these people trying to stir up something that doesn't exist. We have been contacted by other businesses that have fallen victim to their same modus operendi. When they are backed up against a wall because of their unethical behavior, they lash out with lies, mistruths and fabrications. No one is believing anything they have to say.

We have NEVER been sued. The only court dealings is when we were the Plaintiff and we prevailed in every single case including the one against these people. They owe us a great deal of money and have nothing to collect on. Typical.

Truthful or not, it rocks!

We were advised by our attorney not to stoop to the level of having to rebuke these unfounded allegations as they are such egregious lies, mis truths and misrepresentations of the facts. Unfortunately

in this world of the Internet, anyone can say anything, true or not and use bully tactics to get revenge. We cannot arbitrate or sue for liable as these people are hiding behind their anonymity, fake names and even the name of a deceased person. They are quoting Realtors that never posted anything. Every single one of these postings are written by one disgruntled family that had to be removed from our program for serious breeches of our contract and attempting to sabotage the sale of the home. We prevailed in court and were awarded all damages, attorney fees and they were forcibly removed from the process. They have now launched an all out smear campaign against our Company. They are very devious, and have criminal minds as they think they can use the Internet to besmirch, bully and destroy. They are on a personal witch hunt for several of our Employees thinking this will vindicate the fact that they were forcibly removed from our program.

We are very diligent in our vetting process and these people passed, however there is no screening for people that are  unstable and the Internet gives them a voice. Any savvy consumer can read between the lines and see that these all were written with hatred, with no class, and coming from an evil motivation from the same person as the verbiage and viciousness is the same. We know this to be true as of the time frame and of it's content. They have spewed the same horrific drivel to us personally. If any of it were factual, why wouldn't they have gone to the BBB where a real investigation would take place or reported to the proper authorities. Because they know none of it is true and thus are hiding their flagrant lies behind anonymity.

Our business is flourishing, we have a beautiful new office in the Scottsdale Airpark have a full time staff of 7 (and just hired two more) and a support staff of 12 all who have been with us from the beginning. Our parent company has been around since 1984 and we have been in the Valley for four years. We have an A rating with the BBB, never a complaint. We have had over a thousand homes in our program since the inception with just as many testimonials, recommendations, positive comments and a huge success record. However things of that nature are never posted.

It takes our large staff to keep this business running like a well oiled machine. Otherwise it would be a disaster as many are finding out. As a matter of fact our business model is so successful that many are trying (in vain) to copy it. Beware of imitators!

While we are not perfect we strive to do the best we can with the highest integrity and best of intentions. We welcome anyone wanting to use our Company or becoming a Hometender to visit our offices, meet us in person and you will see who we are. How unfortunate it is that people like this are able to run a muck, tell vicious lies and have no consequences. What a world we live in now.
