This company has been charging me $9.95 a month since Dec. 2009. I just noticed this the other day.

I called them and they said I had visited their site and signed up for something for that amount. I have never visited that site until a few minutes ago. They also told me they could only refund me 2 payments. She said I would get an email from her boss in 3 to 5 days. Which I haven't received yet. They did pay back 2 payments though

But I want all they charged me because I haven't ordered or signed up for anything with them.

Thank you,
