House of Floors - Jordan Wunder Treats installers poorly, pay is terrible and breaks the backs of their workers for financial gain Tampa Florida

House of Floors in Tampa, Florida at one point was a nice place to work and was a great place for apartment communities to do business. They cared about their employess and installers and took pride in being a cut above other commercial flooring warehouses. However, like so many businesses as they grow their bussiness ethic declines. Now it's all about profit and how much you can get and how little to spend to get it. This is a good business model when your dealing with commodities but not workers with families.

The real tough pill to swallow here is the corrupt dispatch system they have for giving out their daily flooring installations. How can you have installation crews taking out large amounts of work and others barely scraping by? Give the dispatcher a kick back, that's how! If your able to give Jordan cash on the side then consider yourself set. This tactic is widely used up north with the labor unions which of course is where the family of this company comes from. Go figure..... The issue here is that the people getting the short end of the stick are also the people willing to do the most work and work the hardest.

Another issue here is that they expect top notch installations with the cheapest possible materials and when I say cheap you have no idea!

This is just a fair warning to all those employees or installers looking for work out there so you know what you will be getting in to with this company! Unless your family or friends you'll have no chance of success here unless you pad the pockets of there warehouse staff. Corrupt, Corrupt, Corrupt!!!
