Hydra Financial Limited Fund I Hydra Fund, Zeal Money Solutions 888-485-8578 unauthorized transactions from bank account Encino, California

Without my consent or approval Hydra Fund deposited $300.00 to my bank account on 08/28/12 and also deducted $29.95 from said account 08/28/12 on the same day . So the total credit to my account was $270.05 but as I stated this was done without my approval and consent.  I do not look at my transactions on a daily basis and was not aware of these transactions until a few days ago.  After reviewing my account I noticed that Hydra Fund has been deducted $329.95 from my account and because of the unauthorized transactions I have suffered $102.00 in bank fees. 

I did not solicit a loan from Hydra Fund, they solicited me and I refused their offer.  As I stated I did not authorize this transaction and certainly did not agree to any terms nor did I sign any documents digital or otherwise.  Payroll loans are legalized loan sharking and the companies that make those loans are less than reputable but Hydra Fund is the worst sort. 

To make matters worse Chase Bank refuses to assist me in any way and although the charges were not authorized and there are no documents Chase will not allow me to dispute the charges.  In fact I was told by Chase that I would need to provide proof that Hydra Fund acted wrongfully because several charges were made and a history had been established??? Chase rep stated "We are not going to dispute the charges when it is obvious you will lose"
