IAB HEALTH INSURANCE Advertisement in newspaper & phone calls - did not explain to me what it covers!!! Washington, District of Columbia

I saw an advertisment in the newspaper, so I decided to call in.  I was told on the phone that only one time initially that it would be just $99.92 & the following months were going to be about $59.00 a month.  They kept charging my credit card for $99.82 on 07/06/2010, 08/06/2010, 09/08/2010, 10/08/2010, 11/08/2010, & 12/08/2010. Then on 01/07/2011, they took out $104.92 from my credit card (was not notified of the increase). I've tried calling them but I couldn't get in touch with them. I filed SIX different claims:  4 claims on 12/08/2010 (amts: $6.00 <dated 9/17/2010>, $50.00 <dated 9/17/2010>, $6.00 <dated 11/06/2010>, & $119.00 <dated 11/06/2010>). 2 claims on 01/11/2011 (amts: $2,437.49 <dated 09/03/2010> & $1,249.99 <dated 09/17/2010>. All of my claims were mailed to: P.O. Box 224767  Dallas, TX  75222-4767 (No mail was ever returned back to me). I also have numerously called 1-800-275-1171 to update what was going on. If I don't hear from you, I will go to the Better Business Bureau.  Thank you!
