I refinanced my loan with a Mr. Brad Barton at Ifreedomdirect. As the loan progressed Brad told me that he needed a check "to hold" and that it would not be cashed. He said it was just part of the loan process. He told me I could cancel this check that it was to be covered by the bank. I freedomdirect cashed the check for $1209 after he told me at least 5 times and once by email that it would never be cashed.

I knew I should have stopped with the loan as soon as Brad asked for this check and another check for the "august payment" but he seemed trust worthy. Stay away from Ifreedomdirect. Do not do business with this company as they are trying to scam you and get thousands of dollars for merely being a broker. They will lie over and over again.

If you are thinking about using Ifreedomdirect. Run, run far away and don't look back. They will rip you off!

Problem fixed

Ifreedom direct was very quick to solve this problem. They refunded me the check. Brad and his supervisor were very helpful in getting this problem sorted out. There was a miscommuncation somewhere in the loan process and Ifreedom was happy to fix the issue.
