Mr. James Taylor of Imegre Marketing was performing a free service for a local nonprofit in which I am a sponsor. He was creating their newsletter for a major event and an ad for my business was to be placed in the publication. He at first purposely distorted the ad by changing colors then purposely stretched it disproportionately before sending it to the printer.

While he was working on the ad, he photographed his screen and submitted it to failblog which caused numerous harassing telephone calls and emails to my place of business. On top of that, the "internet trolls" who hang out on failblog further attacked other business listings for me around the internet and wrote harassing feedback.

I at first published a message on my site addressing and attacking James for this unprofessional and childish antic. This provoked a telephone call from Mr. Taylor himself who denied any responsibility in the failblog posting. At first he claimed an "unknown party" took a photo of his screen and posted it, then after a heated conversation he claimed to know the person but would not release their name(s).

This is not the first time Mr. Taylor of Imegre Marketing has tried to attack me. The last time he tried to log on to one of my websites to post insulting remarks, fortunately my comment system was moderated and I aborted his attempt.

In the incident I am reporting now, it doesn't matter if James Taylor did the actual posting to failblog, as he had control of the artwork and most likely knew of the malicious intent of the photo. I confronted him telling him he most likely had the photo taken to send to a friend so he could spoof the IP address of the posting to which he chuckled as he knew I was right. This indicates that whoever created the post, the whole thing was orchestrated by James Taylor himself.

I offered James to remedy the situation by issuing an apology publicly on his company letterhead for posting on my site. He has refused thus far and stated he is not responsible in this incident. When questioned, "Who is?" he has no reply.

I believe my request for a public apology to be reasonable and just. While necessary to exact justice, I find it uncomfortable that I have had to take this to the extreme by posting my complaint on this site.

Mr. Taylor publicly states he is a Christian and uses that as a marketing tool to solicit accounts from Churches. There is nothing Christian about his behavior let alone nothing professional or ethical.

I would seriously hope anyone considering using his services to question whether anything submitted to him might cause their business the type of hardships as I have suffered. This behavior is unprofessional and childish to say the least.

I haveincluded a screen shot of his posting to failblog as well as their comment system where he admits some liability but tries to blame the actual post on a 3rd party named "Tom".

James Taylor/Imegre Crawls Out from the Mud... for a moment.

AUTHOR: kvwired - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, April 08, 2011

Finally, 19 days after the complaints were filed by me, James Taylor from Imegre admits he is in the mud, apparently though he crawled out for a moment to post a rebuttal on complaintsboard.

Apparently after 19 days of childish games, creating fake profiles and hurling insults and lies at me he figured out that it wouldn't work so he thought he would give a final attempt by logging on and saying, "I am not a crook!"

Anyone who remembers Richard Nixon knows what happened to him after making that statement.

So in James's post, he denies any responsibility for the post to failblog, nor the fake profiles created to attack me. Perhaps BP has a job as a spokesperson for him when their next oil rig fails and spills millions of gallons of oil into the ocean.

Most importantly though, James asserts some claim that he tried by telephone to "Work things out" with me.

Everyone knows that the innocent do not need to "Work things out" for the crime they did not commit.

So by proclaiming his innocence, he in fact proclaimed his guilt in this matter.

If you are currently or considering becoming his client, please follow the scenario.

1) James Taylor screwed up and performed a malicious act while publishing a paper for a non-profit organization.

2) Over the telephone James is offered redemption by me by simply admitting his error in judgement.

3) James refuses to accept ANY responsibility for his screw up, even after a 3-4 day period where he is allowed to weigh it on his conscience. (We now know he has none)

4) I post a complaint here and on complaintsboard going public with his misdeed.

5) James decides rather than to finally "man up" he and his friends will instead create numerous fake profiles hurling insults and lies about me, and phony testimony as to his integrity.

6) 19 DAYS after my initial filing of the complaints, James finally posts using his real name, only to make false statements as to his responsibility on the matter of the initial violation as well as all the childish antics he used to try and throw the reader off the trail or discourage me.

Really, if something goes bad on a job he does for you, how do you think he will handle it?

I would still like to know, what his plan to "Work things out" with me were all about? And if he is not guilty why would he need to work things out? Not sure what universe that comes from.

James Taylor/Imegre Marketing Fails to Step Up

AUTHOR: kvwired - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, April 07, 2011

Since my last post, the person claiming to be a client actually turned out to be one of James Taylor's friends pretending to be a client. Really it's the same difference, the guy was arguing that he strictly had a client relationship with James, not knowing that 2 years ago James sent me an email with the guys name stating he had helped James start his business (as a good friend).

I have mostly followed up on this complaint at another site, because James continually creates and/or has his friends create phony profiles to launch baseless attacks and insults against me. He has even gone so far as to attack my profiles on YP.com, Merchant Circle and appears to have created phony testimony for himself on his YP.com profile. I say "appears to have" because it was all of a sudden, created on the same day he (or his mystery friends) attacked my yp.com profile and for some reason the (appearingly) fake testimonials are all created on the same day.

I have had to address all phony reports and complaints against myself as one should to invalidate such matters, especially when they are phony.

It appears James Taylor of Imegre Marketing's maturity is at an all time low by being completely absent on any of the complaints filed about him, he has failed to issue a written apology, and the only reason I can see why is 1) As stated he is an immature and childish sociopath and 2) He wants to retain the right to be an immature and childish sociopath.

You see, if he issues the apology, then he would not really be able to go on the offensive with me again, and as stated before, he has attacked me several times in the past so he wishes to continue this behavior without conscience, thus validating my claim to him being a sociopath.

Things did not have to get carried this far, right from the start when James called me before filing this or any public complaint. I still simply request a written apology on company letterhead from him.

With the requested letter, and the cease of his and/or his friends attacks on me, I will in turn consider this matter resolved, and will not comment further on James's lack of professionalism.

At this point, I am leaving the complaint open, as this is the way James Taylor of Imegre Creative Solutions/Marketing wishes it to be. He can be forever remembered as the guy who can't take responsibility for his own childish antics and bad behavior. If you are considering his services, remember that when the chips go down, he will be hiding in the corner pointing a finger at someone else, and if you hire him to create a newsletter with (your) client's advertisements, your clients might not be safe as he may use their artwork for personal folly.

James Taylor Pretending to be a Client?

AUTHOR: kvwired - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, March 26, 2011

On another website I have also filed a complaint against Imegre with, there was a response but it appears to be James Taylor personally pretending to be one of his clients and trying to post positive things.

I would probably guess that the other comments on ripoff report trying to make me look like the bad guy are him as well.

Where is James Taylor/Imegre speaking in his own defense?

Could it be he has no defense?

Where is James going to be when there is trouble servicing your account? Hiding? Blaming someone else?

As ripoff report states, "It is how a company handles there complaints that separates good businesses from bad businesses."

What kind of businessperson is James Taylor/Imegre showing himself to be?

Even moreso, what kind of man is he showing himself to be?

James, I know you are reading this. Time to man up to your mistake!

In my email to you I made the first step towards reconciliation when I really owe you NOTHING.

Closing your eyes and pretending the world can't see you stopped working when you were about 2 years old. This will not go away until you do what is right.

Taylor Still Refusing to Accept Responsibility

AUTHOR: kvwired - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, March 25, 2011

On Wed. 3/23/2011 I was contacted by James Taylor/Imegre. He apparently went through some email correspondence from the past stating he remembers when things were "civil" between us. To be honest I think he is referring to the time where he would ask me questions about my business and then use my information against me. In his email, he said he would like to put this all behind us. I stated CLEARLY in my response that I would be happy to, providing he supplies me a professional letter with his apology owning up to his poor behavior on this issue.

I even took the first step, to send him a draft of what my apology in kind would read if he sent his. I also offered to make reconciliary remarks on this and other complaints websites if he issued the letter.

You would think that 48 hours later he would have written his letter based on this and called me to pick it up.

He wants this situation to go away, sure, but he doesn't want to accept his responsibility in the circumstances that created it.

Is this the man you want working for you?

The Attack Originated From Imegre

AUTHOR: kvwired - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 22, 2011

Well not ALL people who surf the web are morons, just the ones that choose to harass people.

This is no publicity stunt, if it were I would be advertising my company right here on this complaint.

Why James Taylor had the artwork for those who cannot read is there was a nonprofit organization event and the organizer of the event delegated work to several different businesses.

James Taylor was supposed to create the newsletter. I currently and have always stated he is a competent graphic artist, his skill is not in question.

What is in question is the ethics of his behavior as he used the opportunity to harass my business by photographing the artwork, or as he states "let some mysterious friend" photogrpah the artwork for posting to failblog, which is a violation of trust, caused harassment to me from some of the (now I will use it) morons on the web.

This constitutes a violation of trust to the client (ultimately the nonprofit, then me), as I have paid for my advertisement to the nonprofit. I have promised the nonprofit organization to leave them out of
this. James Taylor was in complete control of the artwork, he then also distorted and stretched the ad before sending it to the printer of the publication, which was also a malicious act.

Say you were putting together some ad for your group or a nonprofit organization and James thought one of your advertisers had something funny. How would you feel if he exploited your trust and did this to them?

This whole thing is started due to childish behavior on James Taylor's behalf. He misjudged by thinking he was a funny guy and posting my art without ultimately realizing the effect it would have, which if he isn't professional enough to think an act as immature as that all the way through  through it would be an error in judgement for someone to hire him for a project.

From the Beginning

AUTHOR: Samantha Fried - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, March 21, 2011

I have been following this from the beginning, as much as I have seen this looks like some retarded publicity stunt from the competition, from their failblog wars to blasting this company on their site, I can assure you that this man posting this report has no sense of professionalism, this looks more like his personal war on his competition. I mean honestly a company that harasses another by attacking them online with false reports this is low, lower than the very unprofessional text they have posted on their site. My suggestion would be to ignore this, check out the source how reliable can a report made from a competing company about their competition be?

harassment

AUTHOR: sam b - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, March 21, 2011

In my humble opinion as a poster on another complaint board this guy insults people that surf the web calling us morons, I have personally done business with imegre marketing and I have to say this sounds like a cheap attack on imegre from a pathetic competitor I see no reason to humour this guy for his willingness to sink to such levels to attack their competition. My experiences with imegre have been very professional.

Update 3-21-2011

AUTHOR: kvwired - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, March 21, 2011

James Taylor contacted me today. He warned me to stop posting "libelous" reports on the internet. When I asked him where the libel was in the truth he responded," I am advised to not comment further".

Remember, all I ask for is a simple public apology for his wrong doing on company letterhead. To date I am not seeking financial damages. Things can change though based on Taylor's actions from this point.

There is no need for James Taylor to "Lawyer Up" if in fact that is what he did. If he wants to throw money away at a lawyer he is welcome to. My statements are true, therefore not libelous, and I shall prevail if that is the case.

A simple letter of apology costs him about 15 minutes of his time, some paper and a stamp.

He can even save his (is it now?) 42 cents and I will meet him to collect the letter in person.

If you'll notice I did not post the photo from failblog, I figured my point here is to get justice, not promote my business. If necessary though I do have the image and can provide it if necessary as I have on another complaints website.
