 I recieved a letter saying: LOCATE TO DELIVER-Notice- Wendy **** -- Delivery I.D.  1467827396. Your Immediate Attention Is Under Request "Documented Matter" it goes on to say: Dear Wendy, Delivery arrangements are completed for You reguarding Your Issuance I.D. 1467827396 {this is underlined} which is now in our Main office and being attended to directly. (RECORDS SHOW; Holder of I.D No: 1467827396- Wendy **** ***IDENTIFIED*****Verified Report of Availble MONEY/PRIZES IN THE AMOUNT OF: *** $1,250,000.00 ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS*** This amount is On~Record in IRC officeis totally acurate and has been carefuly assessed. Your identification is now Recorded in National Sweepstakes Reporting networkoffices and this Prize Entry data is in reguards to you.The it goes on to tell me all prize matters are in completion for me Wendy, and all they need from to deliver this prize amount is to sign the froms and be sure to include the "Attendent Reporting Office" fee of just  $19.99, oppertive word "just" (LOL Ha Ha) {"Imagiane that"?} when recieved in our main office delivery to you will be prompt. It gos on to say: This is a real  and Actual Matter. Excitemant abounds for you Wend, and we are asking that you please complete your prize document and return it within the next 12 days. Imagian that a theif with politeness saying "please" the going in for the kill polliteness tact. In conclisionnow Wendy, please idicate, sign, and Return your attached Document as instructed to our office. Upon complition and reciept in our offices, You SHALL HAVE Entry procedures when followed, will provide 100% Full Eligibility for the Monies/Prizes, To your good fortune Wendy, J reitman/Prize Data Release Ofc. to Wendy then my last name. -Deliver to- then my address
