I submitted the UPC with my paperwork, I looked it up online and it is for an Aquadoodle product. The rules for the rebate say buy one Aquadoodle product, yet my rebate was denied. I have a copy of everything I submitted.
My request # was R071933401.
From all the other complaints about this company, I'm wondering if I should get in touch with either the Texas BBB or the Texas Attorney general since this company seems to reject perfectly valid submissions for rebates quite frequently.
