Integrity automotive, fort worth- a life threatening experience

I was driving my car over 13 years without any problem and with good service maintenance record with the Toyota dealer. I took my Toyota corolla car to Integrity automotive, fort worth for transmission associated repair. When I gave the car they asked me $700 repair charge. I agreed and they gave me a free ride to my home.  After one week they informed me over phone that the charge will be $1200.   I agreed to pay $1200.  They repaired the car and gave me a free ride to pick my car.  I paid the entire amount.  They gave me one year warranty. I drove my repaired car very happily in a free way and my car stopped abruptly in the middle of the road.  Luckily no other cars were back to me. And also my family was not inside my car. One truck driver helped me to pull my car to the side of the road.  Troopers helped me to call tow truck and drop my car in the integrity automotive store.  When I asked the integrity automotive owner to pay the tow truck charge $135, as the repair mistake is Integrity automotive’s, they declined to pay the charge. Now they repaired the car without additional charge. I asked them a free ride to pick my car from their store, they declined. Today I went to the Integrity automotive store by taking a taxi.  When I drove the car, driving was not like as usual.  If they do not know how to fix Toyota cars, why did they take my car, as my car was running smoothly without repair also.  I am very dissatisfied to drive Integrity automotive, fort worth, repaired car.  I will not go to Integrity automotive, fort worth anymore to repair any car parts.  These people exploited my Toyota corolla car.

 I did not surprise by seeing the integrity automotive's reply. I already sold my car to a dealer, as they will repair and resell it. The dealer said some parts written in the invoice by integrity automotive were infact not fixed in the car. I gave the invoice original to the dealer.  I am not a mechanic and therefore it was difficult to me to identify whether parts are fixed or not. Any how it was a good lesson to me that always take toyota car to a toyota dealer, although it will cost little more. Otherwise car will stop in the middle of freeway while driving at 60 mph.

I am truely sorry for any trouble you were having with your toyota corolla. We give a 100% parrts and Labor warranty on all transmission repair. It is our company policy never to pay for tows on warranty work, due to the fact that there could be other problems not related to warranty work. After diagnostics were completed on her toyota corolla, we determined that in addition to her transmission being bad she had a problem with her power control module. Instead of the customer feeling disatisfied with our service, we bought two other transmissions, installed them both and she was still having the problem. We explained to the customer that she needed comutor for her toyota.
