Joseph E Parisi dob 10/30/1951 and John Durante, son of Yolanda and Anthony Durante formerly of Maspeth Ny and cousins to Louis Durante of Manhasset and John Durante of Bayside NY, former owner of Durante Brothers, College Point  NY, have been in collusion to bid rig the contract for machine rental ( backhoes) to NYC  EPA, Water and Sewer, to provide equipment to said agencies.  They are not only involved with collusion, dated back to the 1970's with Jack Buhre and Cap Equipment (Flushing and College Point) and Ash Equipment ) formerly of Flushing-Corona  NY et al, but have provided cash kickbacks to Water and Sewer Dept managers and employees to provide augmented invoices for equipment rental payments. This involves the Federal government as NYC is reimbursed for said services. This constitutes money laundering and tax evasion.
