Signed a contract to deliver a telemarketing campaign. Weeks went by and nothing happened. Contacted her and was give excuse after excuse including death in the family, hurricane Sandy etc, after 4 mths I said I was contacting a lawyer, she said go ahead Im going out of business. However when I got a friend to contact her about telemarketing services she was quick to respond and was willing to sign a contract for $700.
