On January 5th I contacted Jennifer via fb messages regarding a LV mirror papillon handbag (which she claimed to be authentic) to purchase. We went back and forth in regards to price on January 7th she said she got a higher offer from Yoogis and was sending to them. She then offered to sell me an authentic Sprouse LV Speedy which I agreed to purchase. I asked her for her paypal address and she said she did not take paypal only google wallet. She asked for my email address to send me an invoice through them. On January 8th I received invoice and paid for the proposed authentic Sprouse LV Speedy via Google Wallet using my Paypal Debit Mastercard. On January 14 I messaged Jennifer requesting status via facebook. Again on January 17th messaged again for status, no response. January 18th finally responds says she is out of country in Japan and Trey will ship out the original proposed authentic LV mirror papillon on Saturday. I replied back that I purchased the speedy and that was what I wanted, no response. On January 21st and January 22nd, January 23rd, January 24th I messaged again requesting an update, no response. January 27th I get package via US Priority Mail with is a FAKE LV Mirror papillon and message her asking why that was sent. January 28th she replies that because it took so long she wanted to send the more expensive bag. She also stated if I didnt like I could return. I replied that the bag was NOT only what I agreed to purchase but was a Fake LV bag. She told me to overnight her the bag and would refund my money. On Friday, I sent back the fake bag via US Express Mail EH765401090US which was delivered and signed for. The seller refuses to refund my money and google wallet is of no assistance. She steals real photos and sends replica fake bags. Says she will refund once it is delivered back then refuses to do so. Please help me with this. This scammer needs to be stopped. I have screenshots of original posting as well as photos and all messaging via facebook messages. Google order number is: 231758588342779 Her postal information from package to me is dated January 23rd via US Priority Mail. Sent from Sterling Heights, MI 48312 Tracking: 420 89031 9405 5036 9930 0293 2084 03 Return tracking for package I sent back via US Express Mail: EH765401090US Jennifer Protas facebook page is: https://www.facebook.com/jennifer.protas The group I originally contaced her is: https://www.facebook.com/groups/250189668365740/ she has since removed her post but I have screenshots.

Jennifer is crazy and delusional. A cashier check was never sent not was a authentic bag sent. Fact remains you are a scammer and believe your own lies. Your check from bbos proves nothing other then you actually got your hands on an authentic item. Funny how the description is lined out. Stop the lies and stop the scamming. Until then I will let the world know what you did. Your empty threats mean nothing.

  1. The bag has been sold to the premier luxury resale corporations
  2. The compaintant received a cashier's order from ,e ( I have here signature from the bank)

  3.The complaintant received money from Google Wallet, thereby collecting 970 instead of 485, SHE OWES ME. 


  1. She has left me with a debit on my Google account which shorts me $1455
  2. The complaintant has filed a claim in Michigan that was laughed at, as she stated,there was no contract, no guidelines for returns or refunds, (in fact, my return policy is all sales are final)
  3. She also, admitted that there is not a legal leg for her to stand on in this case.
  4. My legs are strong and my attorney want $485 returned to me by the 4/15, or dig up money to hire a lawyer for 500 and hour.  Anybody can see the sense in that.
  5. Finally she has been served a Cease and Desist order from speaking of this matter until which time I recievce my refund

I have sold more than 20 Louis Vuitton bags and have never had a complaint.  Anyone questioning the validity of this rebuttal can contact me directly for proof of authenticity of this or any other bags sold, and references from satisfied repeat buyers I have the receipt for this bag, and it is has been authenticated.  I agreed to return the funds to the person who filed this report; however by the time that I went to Google Wallet to return her funds, she had filed  claim there and the exact funds that she wanted returned have been frozen for 30 days.  Therefore HER money is frozen. 

She has gone on to make these false allegations across the internet, and have severally been damaged and affected my ability to sell current bags and make the funds to return her money before Google remove the lock on my account.  The person filing this complaint has been contacted and been notified of this repeatedly.  But, she has continued to make these allegations, threaten my family with slander not related to this bag, threaten me with slander not related to this bag, and send buyers on the internet false information about me not related to the sale of this bag. 

She is a proven liar as the bag is currently being authenticated, and will be sold to a well known company that sells authenticated  high end designer handbags.  The person filing this complaint has also been informed that if this process is complete prior to the release of her funds from my Google account, she will have her money returned from the the funds received from this sale. Again, this does not stop her juvenile actions listed above.  She will have charges of Slander, Libel, Harassment, and Loss of Revenue filed against her if this is not stopped.
