Joe emailed me today about being unable to get into the house, despite my complaint to the BBB about him and my reports on the Ripoff Report.

yesterday I had a local electrical contractor come by and check Joe's electrical work. I thought it strange that I had to use duct tape to tape Joe's handiwork up. The electrical contractor showed me Joe's many live wires in the basement and said that as a result of Joe's work the house was a death trap for me and my tenants and the repair would cost $3000.

Just noticed that a piece of pipe under the kitchen sink slipped off again. I again can't use the kitchen sink due to leakage. I bought some plumber's glue before Labour Day and Joe used it on the pipe that had come off under the sink, but I guess he does not know how to use it. Maybe he can take a course.
My mortgage broker, Brian Hedmann of Power Can Financial Services referred Joe to me and told me that he speaks to Joe several times a day.
